BRIEF BACKGROUND
Jurell scored highly on his indoctrination examinations, placing him in the upper 5% for command-role development. Base commander reported exemplary work during his five years at the Dower RC. During second tour of duty at the Nystin Camps, where he acted as Senior Security Officer, Jurell underwent a psychiatric trauma while questioning a suspected A.H.C. L1/L2 L3/L4 terrorist. The terrorist died during routine questioning.
