BRIEF BACKGROUND
CT Kleeland is currently the only citizen recruited from the colony on Devir. Upon selection by the Board, he was sent to the Peerz-Hasternakk Trade Institute for a seven year course in advanced computer systems. While in his seventh year, there was a violent incident with another student. The student was immediately transferred to a school in the Pohl System, and Kleeland was found innocent of battery charges.
