BRIEF BACKGROUND
Tan is a relocated aborigine from Banag, who was tested at the Dower Off-World Relocation Center, and found to have excellent potential as a coolant operator. He was placed in the hands of the Special Labour Force, who were able to focus him to the point where he is the most skilled coolant operator aboard the Icarus Station.
