POLITICAL OFFICER'S COMMENTS
Phlaxomil was interned at Nephti due to his possession of a briefcase containing seditious materials. Although he claimed the case was accidentally switched with another, it was thought wise to intern his family to insure the safety of the citizenry. Although his family died while interned, Phlaxomil survived and was allowed to return to active operation. Nephti Political Officer confirms that the subject was discovered innocent during the first year of his internment, but was not granted release for security reasons.
