BRIEF BACKGROUND
Toth was a miner at Lomok for twenty years when the Station Commander recommended him for secondary citizenship based upon Toth's exemplary service. With his new citizenship granted, Toth was given lighter duties, which he performed for another fifteen years until he become too old to function as a miner. He has been transferred to the Icarus to live out his years performing simple repair and maintenance duties. Having been a miner all his life, EO Toth has no formal education. His skills come only from experience.
