Dar-Aht-Maht

Dar-Aht-Maht, "Cast the Soul", is the a religious ceremony wherein the Navigator propels her presence into space, just as if opening a warp, thus attracting the attention of other Navigators. This practice may be used to pass seditious information across long distances. The Special Operations Bureau is currently looking into ways of tapping this psychic link, to uncover what exactly is being communicated during this ritual.
