Engineering Foreman

The Engineering Forman is responsible for the continued operation of Icarus engineering equipment. He acts as a liaison between the Base Commander and the engineers, allocating manpower to directed assignments. He also dispatches repair and maintenance operators to damaged instrumentation and equipment.
